We wanted to created a hot chocolate that was nut free, a bit sweeter than the others, and vegan with a nice thickness to it. The result was beautifully aged chunks of 60% dark chocolate infused with toasted oats paired wonderfully with maple sugar. Intended to be made with water, but can be made with dairy, plant based milk, or even goat milk!
